About Company
As a company, we are aware that our development depends on the satisfaction of both our direct clients (fitting companies, specialised retailers, and the construction industry) and the final customer.
We believe that the diversification of trade; reduction of delivery times; and the enhancement of our workers' qualifications, as well as the continuous improvement and refinement of both customer service and the quality of our products, will lead us to achieve our set goal.
We are committed to making every effort to ensure that are customers are fully satisfied and realise the value of using our products.
Since its foundation, Venture Industries Sp z.o.o. has supplied its products in the ventilation market. The origins of this specialisation lies in the business of our sister company- Ventur Tekniska AB, which has operated in Sweden for almost fifty years.

Establishment of Ventur Tekniska AB in Sweden

Opening a branch - Ventur Finland Oy Ab in Finland

Establishment of Venture Industries Sp. z o.o. in Poland
1999
The main headquarters of the company is a modern storage and office building, completed in 1999. The management office, the technical department offices, the import and the accounting department occupy an area of 2000 square metres.
The high storage warehouse, acting as the distribution centre for products on offer, forms an integral part of the building, and has a usable area of 3700 square metres.
2000
In Autumn 2000, in order to assure high quality of service, corresponding with the requirements of our customers and the international standards, the management board of the company decided to introduce a quality management system, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2000 Standard.
The production department was included in the quality management system in September, 2003.
The quality management system was updated in 2018 and Venture Industries was granted the certificate of compliance with the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard.
2001
In August, 2001 we launched our own production facility in Grudziądz.
The establishment, of approximately 40,000 square metres is built up with almost 18,000 square metres of facilities, including, among others, the aluminium foundry, tin works, machine cutting department, paint shop, wood works, readymade products warehouse, and offices.

ISO 9001
In Autumn 2000, in order to assure high quality of service, corresponding with the requirements of our customers and the international standards, the management board of the company decided to introduce a quality management system, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2000 Standard.
The production department was included in the quality management system in September, 2003.
The quality management system was updated in 2018 and Venture Industries was granted the certificate of compliance with the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard.
